Know-how

The engineers of IPSE section have acquired a know-how and a significant background because of their feedback through design and realization of power supply, water and air systems on Airbus aircrafts type A320 and A319.

This know-how includes the following topics :

• Design/Engineering
  • Water, air and electrical systems, directly integrated with Catia V5R16 to V5R18
  • Expertises through CVE’s
  • Materials resistance using FEM (finite elements method) computing (Femap Nx Nastran 9.2)
  • Feasibility studies
• Installation
  • Electric harnesses wiring, air and water systems in-situ or within our facilities
  • Job cards, controlled and approved by inspectors
• Tests and qualification
  • Voltage presence (115V / 400Hz, 28VDC)
  • Dielectric tests
  • Continuity and insulation tests
  • Pressure tests (water systems)
  • Functional tests
  • Acceptance tests
